She also helps people who have been denied employment benefits under employer-sponsored plans, including short-term and long-term disability insurance.
Ms. Kuklinski graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law, earning Honors in the Concentration. During law school, in addition to clerking for an employment law firm, she also worked as a student advocate for the Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons Project, assisting prison inmates throughout the state in a broad variety of civil and criminal legal issues. She also served as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Kuklinski enjoys spending time with her cats, strolling the Scottsdale farmer’s market, and exploring the valley’s craft breweries.
